HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO BE MADE?

Due to the recent covid19 pandemic orders will be delayed 

This is unfortunately out of my hands but samantharose is working hard to fulfill and ship you’re orders out as fast as she can in the safest way she can 

We are currently only shipping items out 2 days a week with the current state lock down once that isn’t so crazy we will go back to more frequent shipping we hope!

Production usually takes 3 - 4 weeks depending how many orders are in queue. (This does not include shipping time). The production times are subject to change during sale events and holiday season. Multiple items order can take up to 6 weeks.

You have 24 hours to cancel otherwise there will be a 20% cancelling fee. Once it's already been shipped out, no cancellations will be accepted.

WHATS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. No refunds will be accepted as everything is made to order for you. Exchanges are possible. Please send me an email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
